Tijdens de tweedaagse Level 1 Quantum Touch Workshop leer je om te gaan met de vaardigheid om met levensenergie te werken.
Iedereen kan het leren om deze energie te voelen en er mee te werken, want het is aangeboren en natuurlijk.
Het is gemakkelijker dan leren lezen.
Door de energie met aandacht toe te passen op jezelf (of een ander) bied je, jouw lichaam de mogelijkheid om sneller tot herstel te komen, geestelijke en stoffelijke ballast te verwijderen en te vitaliseren.
Tevens breng je een bewustwordingsproces op gang waarbij gevoel en erkenning van je lichaam centraal staan.
Je draagt met Quantum Touch positief bij aan je gezondheid en meer balans in je leven. Dit alles zonder bezorgd te hoeven zijn dat je, tijdens het geven van een behandeling, klachten van anderen overneemt of vermoeid raakt.
Quantum Touch is uitstekend te combineren met bijvoorbeeld Reiki en andere methoden van healing.
Er treedt een versterkend effect op en het geeft een dieper gevoel van ontspanning.
Tijdens de Level 1 Quantum Touch Workshop leer je o.a.:
- Diverse ademhalings- en lichaamsbewustzijns- technieken om energie op te wekken.
- Deze technieken met elkaar te verbinden en te versterken.
- Scheefstanden recht te zetten.
- Het gebruik van verschillende hand- en vingerposities.
- Te werken met toning.

- Op afstand behandelen.

- Je eigen kracht te behouden tijdens het geven van een behandeling.
Er wordt gewerkt in kleine groepen, maximaal 8 personen, met veel persoonlijke aandacht en begeleiding.
